A Neurodivergent Way of Life - Methodist Conference 2024 Fringe Event

LCI were pleased to support a fringe event at the 2024 Methodist Connexional Conference held in Leeds. As part of the event a panel of lay and ordained people from across the UK Methodist Church shared their experiences of neurodivergence in church life with questions ranging from whether there will be disability in heaven, to how their neurodivergence impacts their faith.
Panellists included former Methodist Youth President James Carver, Revd Mo Onyett, Michael Ivatt, Deacon Jon Miller, Revd Jo Rand, John Cooper, and Becca Byass.
The evening was closed in prayer by Paul Coleman, Faith at the Margins Lead for Leeds Church Institute.
