Jim, you just keep on Snappin' and don't pay any attention to this guy. Apparently he hasn't really watched your videos, because your "fixes" have helped me greatly. You rock buddy!
Jim he is an idiot. You did the right thing by blocking him. I had never had any mechanical knowledge, i would never even had tried to work on a lawn mower, until i decided to buy a 2nd hand 1984 snapper about 10 years ago. while cutting my grass the drive belt came of, it was a Sunday and nowhere was open. i headed to youtube and trying different chanels(which didn't help) i stumbled upon your chanel and you made it so easy to show me how to put the belt back on. i subscribed immediately. because of your knowledge and videos i now have the courage to work on my snapper, fear free. you are a fantastic educator.my old snapper now runs like a clock and i know that if any problem arises in the future you have got my back. thank you Jim you are a gentleman and a star. lots of care to you and you family from Ireland
What he says is absolutely untrue, I know that from my many contacts with you and how you have reached out to me and others to answer questions. It is always a pleasure. Ignore the 'wannabe' the wee green eyed god sits heavily on some peoples shoulder. Thanks for what you do Jim!
TROLL!! Probably lives under a bridge! You have the best snapper channel on youtube. Every time my old 1983 snapper has a problem i just go to your channel and fix it! Keep on!
Hey Jim, you helped me get, and keep, my snapper running wonderfully. Whatever -his-name hasn't helped me at all. Just wanted to say thanks you again. Please keep doing what you do. 🤘
Omg. That guy must just hate everything and everybody. I've watched a number of your videos, and you explain everything so well, and show with clear pictures and your models, exactly what's going on and what yo check. I dont understand why some people hate so much. Maybe that's why he only has 5 views. Keep up the excellent work Jim!
He's a nobody! You have helped me, and many others. I have, with your tutelage, rebuilt most of my Snapper. Don't pay attention to keyboard warriors who like on their mother's basements.
Hey Jim I have no idea of what that guy was talking about; Even though I know how to do a few repairs on small engine repairs that I learned in shop class that I took a couple of years of; That was over 50 years ago. It was just the basics of small engine rebuilds, & sharping blades. I watch your videos to learn all the stuff I was not taught in school, & IMHO what I have learned from you is invaluable. That is why I always try to say ( Thanks Jim for your help ) Even though your not physically here helping me; The knowledge You share is more help than You will ever know. Again Jim thank You for your help SNAPPOUT.
Its unfortunate in times of utube and other media..there will always be trolls and negativity. Not to be concerned with any of it because it like a bad cold virus...it goes away.
Sounds like it’s a spam. Either he’s had too much to drink or has no idea what he talking about. I think Your videos are very informative. Hope you continue to post them for a Long time.
You have helped everyone when it comes to mowers. You sure helped me keep my old Snapper rider going over the years. Thank you sir, and pay no attention to the fools that bash you.
Sadly lots of spam posters out there. I don't know if there is a plan to what they are saying or they are just generally critical by nature. From time to time I get comments like that also, and i don't even claim to know what i'm doing LOL 😁
Hahahah oh my - poor Michael J! Jim, I have to tell you that your Y.T. channel is ABSOLUTELY and AMAZINGLY helpful and enjoyable to the point of being addictive to a guy like me. I do all my own repairs on everything, and truly appreciate your approach and knowledge in what you do. I was given an old Snapper 3314 that was stored for 11 years under a tarp - it's badly in need of a complete restoration. A few weeks ago, and found the manuals online (the parts, operating, and B&S motor manual), which are helpful. But your videos have really helped me understand the way the thing works, which is vital information for a guy like me, since I modify everything I own. I'm learning all I can before I restore the thing - it's way too hot here in Georgia right now, and I don't have room for it in my garage, so it'll have to wait until October or so. Meanwhile I'm inspecting it and buying the parts that I can see are needed. Anyway, don't let the turkeys get you down - if Michael J can't understand what you're doing, then there's no hope for him.
Jim ignore that guy u are a good person , that went beyond to help me out with my old snapper riding mower. And when I say he went beyond to help we must have sent 2 dozen emails and me sending 15 pics to get my rearend switched out with a diffent model and fixed the difference between the too .beyond that u make great videos and I've learned alot from. Bc u explain things down to the detains and things to watch out for . That guy is a keyboard warrior with nothing better to do but put down someone.if he had a steady shop he be doing his thing and minding his beeswax like us all . Keep doing them good snapper videos jim u are the man
Hey Jim, do you happen to have a couple moments to go over a couple things about that snapper 33-in rear engine rider spindle replacement. I got a situation going on that I can't seem to figure out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Let me know what would be the best way for me to contact you or you contact me

Well...Michael J. has a case of delusional thinking! Only one video, no subscribers and 5 views in 8 years, no need to explain further. Jim you have inspired many and your gift just keeps on giving!
Maybe he thinks a fix is a 1 step process, when generally, repairing something is often a multi step job and he wants the simple version that doesn't exist. So he sees your explanation as a mess because its too much for him to handle. Perhaps he just isn't very mechanically inclined or possible mild autism and gets confused. I always found your information very clear. As for people who think they are smart, its the dunning-kruger effect. Happens to us all in different areas I think. We learn a little bit about some information, and it feels like we know a lot now because we don't know what we don't know. As we learn more, we realize there is so much more to learn about that area, so our confidence drops. Eventually we become an expert and our confidence slowly comes back up to cautiously realize we do know a good deal but are weary of making a mistake and avoid making assumptions.
Jealousy and envy on his part. Your videos show me how to keep my 1976 Snapper Comet operating. Thank you Jim..
Hey Jim, you are a good teacher. You have a special gift for fixing things and teaching how to. Keep on snapping!
