Excellent description of this set! I definitely agree that they should make a newer / updated version! The blue home that you showed ever so quickly is a set that I've been wanting for some time now! I know it's discontinued so you have to get it secondhand. I just like the way they used to do the roofing on houses! Also the obsessed fan description was hilarious! And thank you for the information on if you wait too long to build some sets the pieces can become brittle and weak! Thanks again for sharing!!! ❤️-Erica

I do like how LEGO remakes popular sets so that new generations can enjoy or perhaps we missed out on some that we want now. Thanks for the feedback. I enjoy reading your comments as always! 💚

15:54 my guess is through the brown arched windows that don’t have any glass!

Oh, that’s cool! Gotta have a theater for the town!
I’m thinking about buying bricks and piecing together a couple of the old modulars that I don’t have. Especially, Town Hall. 😉

@@thegreenbrick I am parting out town hall as we speaking interestingly enough. Got a bid for a bad condition sealed box for $580 which is a good price but I seem to have about half the pieces as it is, so not sure which way I am going about it yet

It kills me how the corners of the baseplates curl upwards when they're tiled off.

Kinda wish LEGO would make 32x32 plates with the normal thickness of plate elements. I know there are non-LEGO brands that make these. This would fix the warpage problem.
