    The blade guard fell off somehow and my husband had a hard time figuring how to reattach it. We had no one to call on a Saturday and he was at the job site. So I found this video and at 4:05 minutes it explained and showed exactly how to remount the blade guard. We are so grateful for this video. He had only used his new saw a few times and this saved the day.

    I've been trying to figure out what table saw to get for almost a year now. I've always been a craftsman guy so I've had my eyes on this same but just haven't been sure about it. After actually seeing it today at Lowes and watching this video, I think I'm sold on getting it. The price is right for me right now and you've answered my questions I've had about setup (I keep seeing people say setup is tough because of the instructions). Greta video and thanks.

    Just a small warning. If you drop the blade nut watch out for sharp aluminum inside the dust shrouded. I dod not like the blade. So i replaced it with a thin kerf combo 50 tooth. I am in bandaids on 3 fingers from cutsfrom the aluminum dust shroud. So have a file handy for the sharp aluminum cast. On a better note. The thin kerf allows you to cut most hard wood with ease up to 1.5 inches. It never bogged down on my end grain cuttingboard work. Great table saw for the small shops.

    • @lcgeppy
      @lcgeppy 3 года назад

      @@zachkline2448 I haven’t ordered it yet. Typically you can find the part number in the booklet or parts manual. If you don’t have that then Google the saw with model number and put parts manual after it (ie. Craftsman table saw model # parts manual). Then Google the part number. If you’re lucky, craftsman will have a website to sell the parts. In the past I’ve found that ordering directly from the manufacture can be cheaper. But in the event that the item is not popular or older, I’ve gotten lucky with Amazon ordering (but read reviews if that’s the route you take). Good luck.
