No camera angle proves that Makoto is the strongest in the game. She flat out punches her opponent out of bounds and doesn't even leave the floor. All the others are jumping and teleporting and still can't manage to do what she does.
All of the crazy teleports and click-and-drag animations to make sure the characters stay inside the bounding box and only get knocked as far away as intended for balance reasons... and then Makoto just elevates you out of bounds anyway.
Thank you so much for hard work and 4K60 Video but All Street Fighter 4 versions doesn't support Native 4K it's 1080p upscale to 4K, even if you put the resolution at 3840x2160 in PC Graphics settings it will still show you 1920x1080p, because you will notice the shimmering and jagged edge of 1080p real time

Well its that way because most of them do teleporting for the cinematic angles
And the angles mask all the teleporting
They didn't have to work from wide angle and yet many of them still make continuous use of real space. My favorite for that is Dhalsim
