I have no way of knowing if it was his alt, however it's pretty common to see cheap support ships used as alts, that we he can ignore it if needed. But It's just a guess on my part.
usually if you see single pvp ship followed by scythe or 2 ospreys, there is high chance they are alts- more so on ospreys since osps are long range low apm cheap logi- fitted osprey costs 20mil, which is essentilly free compared to say, 1.3bil tengu which can stay alive infinitely when osprey is up. If you see logi in cheapo roam, say 2 ospreys and 3 cerberuses, then they might not be alts (at least from same person)
Hey how viable is solo Pilgrim PVP atm? I purchased and trained an alt for such a thing years ago, stopped playing and coming back I'm seeing its not really viable anymore. Any advice?
I haven't flown the Pilgrim in a few months but it's still viable as far as I know. Unless something changed it's still the best solo PVP ship in the game IMO.
Did some more research over the past few days (I really don't want to end up on someone's killmail) and it seems as if the Stratios took the its place with a better tank and more dps, but its also a 225mil hull+ fit. A lot of stuff I'm seeing is more about being able to pick targets wisely, and not necessarily that its a bad ship to have any more. I'm still going to fly it for a bit through low-sec and possibly lose it a few times on FW plex's but that's the name of the game. I got a few fits picked out for solo low sec and I guess I'll see how it goes. Thanks for the response.
Even the best pilots do errors. It often come down to the pilots that do least mistakes.
Man this is good stuff. Thanks for this!
Awesome information. Thanks for the video.
What is full pilgrim fitting ?
good info, thx
How did you know the osprey was an alt? Is that usually the case?

+EVE Pro Guides - EVE Online PVP and ISK Guides seems very plausible! More pilgrim videos please!
+Sleepydog actually, more of any recon please :)
