    This topic triggers me so much. It’s always the sick people with acidosis or need medication for the rest of their lives that promote getting protein from meat.

    But how MUCH , to get around 100g a day. This is craaazy. Pple are telling us eat vegetables and fruits ALL DAY LONG. EVERY SINGLE DAY. Then, it will be vegetal protein, different from animal protein...not assimilated as well. so I get we'll need more than 100(even more if you are a guy+ u need the iron)

      There are major athletes, body builders, endurance superstars who are whole food plant based high performing athletes. They are proof of getting plenty of protein for peak performance, totally from plants without the disease promoting aspects that come with eating animal based products.
