My mom died from complications from Scleroderma 20 years ago (after suffering 10 years). I so wish I knew about nutrition as a healer then ... it haunts me!! I am sure this could have helped her 😢

Wow, thank you for sharing such a wonderful info. I think it's a sign for me to really stick on a healthy green diet. I've been diagnosed of scleroderma 5years ago and I am still learning from it about on how to manage, the do's and don't ,since I've never in medication for years up until now. And plants, vegetables with trusting the Almighty is really helping me.🙏

You are so right about trauma, depression and motivation and how positive changes can be so hard to make for people who have suffered trauma and subsequent depression and/or anxiety. Very few people seem to get this.

Dairy as a trigger for psychosis and voices? Fascinating.

Dr. Goldner you are such an inspiration! Dairy is one of my FAVORITE foods - although I do eat a lot of fruits and veggies, listening to you and your testimonies make me really think about giving it up. I just love how you see an entire person and giving everyone the same opportunity! Thank you!

As my friend said regarding your grandfather's story: "Typical MD response, unfortunately. Ego of the doctor? Partly, I believe. There's a lot more to the doctor's response, though. I believe he knows he's lying. He has to remain under the cover of his lie. For money's sake. He'll lose his practice if he starts telling the truth. "Do No Harm" is a crock and a smokescreen."

Dr G I just watched a young boy who broke my heart tonight. I was wondering, hoping you could try to help him. I saw it on a SBSK ‘Living in a body of open wounds with less than half his skin’. He cried and cried. If I knew what to do I sure would try to help him. He deserves a chance. It says he has Epidermolysis Bullosa. Just asking. Sandy

The first minute of the audio I took it as a challenge. I have Dhysthymia and yes is hard for me to stick to stuff, but I'll try this for 10 days.
    I'm already on day 2.
I put a lemon to the smoothie and stevia to make it more flavorful.
    I hope that's ok.

I dehydrated lemon and grapefruit, (skin and all) and then used my coffee grinder to make them into powder. I add a spoonful or two to my smoothies so I don't taste all the greens. It works great. I also use a spoonful of xylitol or honey as a sweetener.

You have to take your health into your own hands. These doctors are half the problem. They need customers not testimonies.
