That dad lookin guy in the front row with the sign made me happy. I feel like there's a disconnect between generations and if he has a kid on that team I am glad that he's able to understand and support the kid who is in professional gaming (something which he may not fully understand). Having a dad like that really makes a huge difference.
It was the peeps parents and there family there little sister was running around like crazy when the scores it was so awesome

Lol not true Rizzo kernovi and sizz were all In my hotel and i spent some time with them eating food at night at the Harvey's, watched the peeps play it was just solid gameplay on the peeps end it was awesome! There was definitely no silver at dreamhack montreal

I never watch the Esports side of Rocket League but this was beautiful.
This is the most wholesome team, the pure joy and energy they had every second off playing was incredible

Rentals for taunting G2 is now my least favorite RL pro. He basically What A Saved them irl. The disrespect. G2 has had 2 wins in their arms and just flopped. I have officially renamed their org G2nd. #G2army

That explains why I am stuck in diamond watching fluump to improve 😂. But his taunting was far from professional. It just shows where they came from. They are just an unsponsored group of friends. They are immature and not professional. Once they are representing an org they will probably be more mature.

Got to witness day 3 live. Was sitting right behind the Peeps’ fam and let me say it was so awesome to watch! They did play great and I agree that we will be seeing more of them! I’m glad you decided to make a vid on this because it really was quite something to see.. great vid :)

Next worlds I'm hoping Retals (and wouldn't mind if he had majic and cheese with him too) qualify for it, that would be super exciting, especially after that horrible run they first had.

as a G2 fan since IBP that had to witness rlcs finals at the stadium .-. .... Peeps played INSANE in the grands.. like being a G2 fan is rough cause they always choke, but they didnt choke.. Peeps just had them read all series
Even G2 played some of the best rocket league I've seen throughout the tournament but the peeps just out classed everyone

They barely beat mouz, and they beat Vitality at some points very fortunately especially game 5 when Vitality had the pressure and possession but came down to small moments in the game, and they didn't necessarily out class g2 but they did deserve to best them and win DH

I was there live during Dreamhack Montreal, and the environment over there was outside words, it was simply the best pro circuit you could get!
this reminds me of the muffin men's run so much, as a squishy fan its nice to see another NA team pull of a win like this

I was watching the day 3 Stream for 8 Hours straight until the final 1v1 came on. I didn't even know The Peeps before this Dreamhack, but as The Peeps won against Vitality I was instantly on their Side. The Series was so intense both Teams weren't giving up any chances. I was shaking for the whole Series. In Game 7 I almost had a Heart attack, too intense, until the last two Minutes. Then The Peeps just kept on scoring goals and destroying G2. As they went on to win the Tournament, I freaked out but couldn't scream because it was 3 a.m. and I had to go to school in 4 Hours. All in all one of (if not THE) most shocking and especially intense Rocket League Tournament I have seen so far... to everyone who missed the Streams, THIS IS ROCKET LEAGUE!
To wach them enjoying every goal they make and giving props to each other is pure gold

Imagine being 15 and going back to high school after winning in the biggest Cinderella story ever in rocket league.
This is what makes rocket league esports so exciting. You never know what’s gonna happen, one minute this team is dominating and then next minute another team dominates.

I was at Dreamhack Montreal and I could say that Day 3 of this lan was truly the best moment in all of RL Esports.
This video gives me butterflies in my stomach! I love seeing to community getting into tournaments and doing well!
Theres something satisfying about seeing scrub killa cry and complain like a little baby, and seeing his face turn red and confused with the look of "oh no this isnt supposed to happen wheres my mommy"
I love how everyone forgets about F3 winning WSOE shortly after their best player (yukeo) being snagged by Dignitas and It being Speeds first Major. Not to mention the way they did it (sweeping dig and c9) I think that was an arguably even better cinderella story than this peeps one (not to take anything from the peeps' win here)
The Muffin Men and Northern Gaming had better runs, too.

Mikey G Muffin Men possibly, but definitely not NG. Yeah they had a sub (AND that sub was Turbo) but Remkoe and Deevo were both already both top 10 players in season 3.

Good thing about the G2 fans is they’ll support them no matter what. At the end of the day, Jknaps is a monster, and he’ll get his championship one day. Every peeps game was exciting to watch, well deserved!

I started watching this when peeps went up against vitality and i was like "obviously vitality is gonna win" but then they didn't, peeps made vitality look sloppy. And that's when i started taking peeps seriously. And as they went up against g2 i genuinely had no idea who was about to win
