I had to reply, this song played on the Kraft commercials the entire time I was pregnant with my first son, I wonder if our kids are close in age because my oldest is 10 1/2. This was playing constantly as I lay on the couch very pregnant watching a Baby Story lol. And every time I heard it I thought about the new life growing inside me!
i was always so confused as to why mother mother had such a positive CHEESY POSITIVE love song because they have literally no happy love songs and this song is so chEESY and then i found out this was for a kraft commercial HAHA
I love that Mother Mother made something so happy. I mean nowadays they have some pretty motivating songs mixed in as well, but we all know that most songs are focused on rather negative emotions. I love this song, the lyrics are very well thought of (I mean the first lyric already hits differently and is so simple but smart) and it cheers me up so much.

This is my 11-month-old baby's favorite song. The very first high keyboard notes in the beginning when the Kraft commercial comes on always get his attention immediately and he'll stop whatever he's doing. When he was a tiny baby he was asleep in front of me (so I thought). This commercial came on and his head popped up and he held it up to watch the entire commercial! This is significant because his head was previously wobbly as he was just learning to hold it up. He loves when I sing it.

This song is really interesting. The fact that it's such a different tone from all of their other songs tied in with the fact that song captures that feeling of having a bright idea about something and acting on it. It fascinating and I would love to know if it is deliberate.
Dustin Ward Yeah, but I don't think the band was treated fairly. I found Mother Mother & loved them because of their wonderful voices. They now took their singing out of many of the newer ads. So many will lose the chance to learn about the band, plus they won't get paid as much.
