Drinking Cayenne pepper water is very difficult, However, most Indian people cannot find the other herbs suggested by Ms. Barbara. But here are some substitutes which can be used for similar properties like Kutki and Kalmegh can be used as substitutes for dandelion for liver health.
Bhumi Amla and Turmeric are good alternatives to milk thistle for liver detoxification.
Ashwagandha and Shatavari serve as substitutes for ginseng, offering adaptogenic benefits to reduce stress and boost energy. This video was super helpful for gut health. :)

You are wrong. Insoluble fibre doesn't promote bowel movements, too much of it is the cause of constipation. Soluble fibre is key. It feeds primary fermenters which produce metabolites that feed secondary fermenters, who then produce short chain fatty acids which regulates peristalsis. This is one of the reasons why it can take a couple of weeks to see regular bowel movements after changing the diet. Soluble fibre also holds water which helps keep the stool soft and easier to pass when bowel movements are slower than they should be. Also you've classified Broccoli as an insoluble fibre when it actually has an even ratio of soluble to insoluble fibre, and is an extremely good fuel source for colonic bacteria.

I tried vegetarian and I was constipated, gassy AF and didn't feel as energetic or had sustained energy like I did when I switched to high healthy saturated fats, high quality meats mostly beef, and plenty of high fiber veggies but not nearlt as much as before with respect to paying attention to which veggies dont agree with me! I cant lie there is much truth to carnivore and keto! And youll never get much ketones and essential protiens and vitamins from veggies remotely as easy as you would eating high quality meat! This is because you might have had too much raw veggies and second reason is your gut microbiome is not used to such kind of food. Whenever making any dietary changes make them slow and then advance once your body is adjusted to it. Also, I totally disagree that plant based food does not have protein, animals are getting their protein from plants and then we eat them.

Also fructose intolerance causes gas and painful discomfort. You can try smoothies as one suggested, but if you continue getting pains, I am afraid pineapple isn’t for you. Always listen to your body, not everyone can consume everything. Certain foods which agree with one might not agree with others. You just need to fine alternative fruit or vegetables, there are plenty to chose from. I hope this helps.
