I just signed up this morning. I sold Avon in the past, I am doing the quick start due to budget issues, I was happy to see they still had Sweet Honesty. I loved that perfume. I saw in the one video they stated they stopped testing on animals how long ago. Not sure where the one lady said they still did.

I would love to join your team. The only thing is I promised somebody else I would join using her reference code that's who's actually bringing me in. I think you need to do what is best for YOU. I won't ever pressure you to join my team. The choice is yours. I only want what is best for you Do you know her personally? How long as she been in this business? Do you know how she supports her team and what kind of tools she can provide you with? Is she in this for the long haul? I think she's been a part of Avon for maybe a year or two she does not have a team I would be the first person ever to sign up underneath her and it was at my suggestion no less. I need a down payment for house. While I am a registered nurse I plan to make Avon a permanent fixture in my life. The person I'm signing underneath I just don't get a sense of motivation from her. She's a very nice person I only met her over RUclips only spoke to her on the phone once and very brief emails. So I don't know her very well and I wish I knew that they were reps out there like yourself who were so motivated ,I would have joined under someone like yourself. I have a soft spot in my heart for RN's :) I was going to school to become an RN and then had a major life change. After breaking 5 parts of my spine and having a spine fusion, I no longer could go physically handle becoming a nurse. Hi Felicia! I personally have more sales from customers face to face. BUT, I am continuing to build online and have had great success with online team building. I'd be happy to share with you how I've done so! I've tossed brochures and that's a great way to get brochures out of your house... but I have more success with handing brochures to people face to face. That includes dropping brochures off at my town's local businesses and doing events. When tossing brochures, I've had about 1 out of 100 brochures get me orders. But it's better than nothing! I'd rather spend my earnings on brochures that I hand out face to face. This business is all about whatever works for you!

I know with all the kits you start off with the makeup, skin treats, brochure and samples. I also know you get a profit when you sell, but how much is the profit and also do you get a profit from selling the clothes or accessories too. I read one of the other comments about the free web page account that is given when you start for customers to buy and get products sent to them directly. I guess my question is... Since I have my own Blog would it be ok for me to promote my FUTURE Avon Account on my Blog and with the free page can they get the same views as the brochure? I also want to know do Avon give online classes or sessions to teach you more about the company. I know we have Google at our fingertips, but I love to get into a networking environment to bring awareness for growth. Lastly, I am a big advocate when it comes to giving back. Other then the Avon walk are there any other programs that I can look into to help my community.
They have Avon University that helps you learn about products and other stuff about Avon. As far as promoting it, there is information on the Avon site when you sign up how to promote it and you can post stuff to social media accounts like FB, Twitter, Pinterest and they have a blog option as well. I would love to join your team. The only thing is I promised somebody else I would join using her reference code that's who's actually bringing me in. Unfortunately she doesn't have the same enthusiasm as I do. So now I feel conflicted and the thing is she's a subscriber of mine to my RUclips channel. I think you need to do what is best for YOU. I won't ever pressure you to join my team. The choice is yours. I only want what is best for you Do you know her personally? How long as she been in this business? Do you know how she supports her team and what kind of tools she can provide you with? Is she in this for the long haul? Avon is going to be in my life... for the rest of my life :) I've been selling Avon for 9 years and I love sharing how it's changed my life and help other women (and a few good men!) change theirs with the Avon opportunity. My thinking is... true leaders will support whatever decision you make because they want the best for you.
I think she's been a part of Avon for maybe a year or two she does not have a team I would be the first person ever to sign up underneath her and it was at my suggestion no less. I need a down payment for house. While I am a registered nurse I plan to make Avon a permanent fixture in my life. The person I'm signing underneath I just don't get a sense of motivation from her. She's a very nice person I only met her over RUclips only spoke to her on the phone once and very brief emails. So I don't know her very well and I wish I knew that they were reps out there like yourself who were so motivated ,I would have joined under someone like yourself. I'm actually waiting till this Friday so I can purchase that elite kit because I want to start off with the best. Question, if I join under her does that mean I couldn't be on anyone else's team?
I have a soft spot in my heart for RN's :) I was going to school to become an RN and then had a major life change. After breaking 5 parts of my spine and having a spine fusion, I no longer could go physically handle becoming a nurse. So, Avon became my business since I could fit it into my good days and work around my life. Avon provides lots of opportunity to earn money. Hi Felicia! I personally have more sales from customers face to face. BUT, I am continuing to build online and have had great success with online team building. I'd be happy to share with you how I've done so! I've tossed brochures and that's a great way to get brochures out of your house... but I have more success with handing brochures to people face to face. That includes dropping brochures off at my town's local businesses and doing events. When tossing brochures, I've had about 1 out of 100 brochures get me orders. But it's better than nothing! I'd rather spend my earnings on brochures that I hand out face to face. This business is all about whatever works for you!

Yes, I do fundraising. I believe it's a wonderful way to get new customers and get your name out there, that you sell Avon. Some team members of mine have had great success with fundraising! A wonderful way to brand yourself as the Avon lady!

I know with all the kits you start off with the makeup, skin treats, brochure and samples. I also know you get a profit when you sell, but how much is the profit and also do you get a profit from selling the clothes or accessories too.
I read one of the other comments about the free web page account that is given when you start for customers to buy and get products sent to them directly. I guess my question is... Since I have my own Blog would it be ok for me to promote my FUTURE Avon Account on my Blog and with the free page can they get the same views as the brochure?
I also want to know do Avon give online classes or sessions to teach you more about the company. I know we have Google at our fingertips, but I love to get into a networking environment to bring awareness for growth.
Lastly, I am a big advocate when it comes to giving back. Other then the Avon walk are there any other programs that I can look into to help my community.
They have Avon University that helps you learn about products and other stuff about Avon. As far as promoting it, there is information on the Avon site when you sign up how to promote it and you can post stuff to social media accounts like FB, Twitter, Pinterest and they have a blog option as well.
