I was just checking out what they have and I ended up ordering eight perfumes because I'm excited about the nostalgia. They asked me if I wanted to be an Avon rep and I clicked the Yes button. LOL🤣😂🤣Now I'm in!! My question for you is this. I currently have a RUclips channel which focuses on fragrance, skincare and makeup for a lot of different brands and companies. I have an upcoming collab with another cosmetic company and intend to continue doing that with other cosm and fragrance companies, even though I also plan to show and promote Avon on my same channel too. Is this allowed or do I need to have a dedicated RUclips channel just for Avon? I could not find this out anywhere in the literature. Also, is it as easy as putting my Avon Channel Link in the description box and letting people order from me that way? Much appreciated because I think Avon is a company that, unlike so many others, is STILL AROUND. I don't want to be forced into Sephora prices all the time just because I love makeup and fragrances! A lot of us have a soft spot and a nostalgic connection to Avon and I think Avon is like Cinderella because it's the true beauty in the room but everyone was looking the other way at those flashier brands. A lot of those brands have come and gone! Not Avon! And I'm so glad that North American Avon decided to do the ethically correct thing and remove the talc from it's products early on so they're not claiming chapter 11 like the UK Avon! It's true that there isn't a lot of commission as a new representative, unless you are working towards earning the bonuses. This is a long term business and when you achieve Presidents Club or above there DEFINITELY is commission. Plus, my favorite thing about online selling is that I don't have to do anything with the product. No submitting order, no delivery and I still earn a percentage. @@Makeupmavenjessica I don't have the health/stamina to sell Avon person to person. If I could get online customers, that would be ideal. People have said I don't look my age, and I say "Avon". I began using their creams; Advance Wrinkle Corrector, and ThermaFirm in 2006. Unfortunately Avon changed everything when the Korean company took over. Praying-Hoping they don't discontinue the SSS Radiant Moisture body wash in the Bonus size. That scent gets so many compliments! They discontinued the Anew foundation I used for years; they are marketing to much younger women now. Oh well....
@holly only sales can be challenging but when you focus on building relationships 1 on 1 instead of "selling", you'll see the best results. Plus, Sharing helping information to solve problems for your customers with our products as a solution, will create more sales. Be sure to subscribe to my channel because I'm teaching more and more about that stuff. The exciting thing about LG taking over is that we are getting new products while keeping our staple and core products. I don't imagine our sss line will be going away. With any business there will be changes and challenges. As a business owner it is learning to be resilient and enjoying the journey! You've got this!

Thankfully, the group you are in doesn't determine your success. Meaning, you can still be successful and get the support you need elsewhere. There's lots of great Facebook groups you can join and wonderful leaders sharing on RUclips. You've got this!

@aimeesDaws it took me several years of trying before I earned my first trip. It does take awhile to build up the skills and actions to be a top leader and top seller. Keep at it! It's worth it!

There ARE people searching for Avon. I encounter people weekly that say "ive been looking for a representative!" You just need to market yourself to help them find you!

Yep. Between shipping and taxes, there's ZERO commission! Avon can certainly afford to pay Representatives a higher commission!
