Thank you for watching Leonard. That price is even cheaper than we pay for here in Australia! Hope your weather is OK in Ireland as I will be there (Dublin) at the start of October. Cheers Dave.
@TreeChangeFarmer You will have a great time here, just remember the Irish are very hospitable and friendly. If you need anything just ask any stranger. Enjoy and good luck with the channel 😀.
Thanks Dave, went and picked one up. On special so great value. The included manual is quite helpful for the “I have no idea” team.
Thanks Marty - I am a member of that same team! Cheers Dave
I bought mine in Aldi here in Ireland a year ago for €5.99. They are ideal for the DIY enthusiast, nice video and good luck with yours 🇮🇪 🤝 🇦🇺.

My trusty Fluke 75 is still going strong after 40 years. It did cost about 150 GBP but i think that's good value for money.
BATT is used to test external 1.5 and 9V batteries underload.
Thank you for clarifying that. I should have read the manual better! Cheers Dave.
It looks like what they sell at Harbor freight in the US.
Crikey, one of my Flukes cost eighty times the price of that (a logging one). I still use the cheap ones more often.
How do I set one up to test two side buy side 12v 7Ah battery’s in electric powered car
Aldi in California is great!
Plus you can use you new probes and battery on the old multimeter 👍
Yes indeed. I will keep the old one as a backup. Cheers Dave.
