I don't mind 3d printed parts or rough parts. Im not feeling tgem when im flying them. They work and perform just as the original. I have both of these and they both fly great. I actually bought 3 more of the knockoffs. The prics of almost one of the originals. I actually like the looks of the carbon on the knockoff. The funny thing is that the originals parts our also probably made in China.
I'm with you on that. I have bought 7 clone Mark4's now and they are 1/4 price of the original, fit together great and tbh dropped one vertical from 200ft up into rocks and if tore up the front carbon but didn't crack anywhere.. I screwed it all down and snapped off a few shards and it's awesome again :) Also being in Thailand, getting genuine stuff can be too hard anyway so the AliExpress clones are a godsend
I just recently bought aliexpress Aquaman frame which is botgrinders demibot clone for $30 when the original is $90 I get supporting pilots but when im spending $100 dollars for a frame is absurd when I know it cost penny's on the dollar to actually make those frames. If pilots want support and for us to buy there products they need to make the price at least reasonable. Almost all original frame are at least 3 times the price of the cloned model which is completely ridiculous.
@@DeadCell765 100% sheet of carbon is like $25 retail for 1. Big decent CNC will knock out maybe 3-4 frames on 1 sheet in 30mins. Very decent margin lol
@@LostCloudx4 @LostCloudx4 LMAO Mark4 clone is everywheeeere, thanks to them i found a lot more other clone and eventually to this one. Anyone might want to share what is the best knockoff around? I just want a cruiser fpv (cheap to purchase), doesnt need much durability as for freestyles.
Yep, the knock offs are great when you're waiting for the warranty parts to come in. One thing I don't think you mentioned is that the lamination of the layers in the carbon, is much tighter on the apex then it is in the knock off. You can very clearly see the layers of the carbon on the ready to sky version.
How would the flight characteristics differ from the the original? Unnoticeable?
@@Xcx284 not that I could tell.. but pilots very

Yes your right about that.
