Whats the name of the beach you took yoga at? Some reference to reach there?

Hey Ashly, you can get to the beach by hiking or by taking a boat. You can walk to the north end of the main beach in Sayulita until you see a rocky cliff. Once you start climbing the rocks you will see a cobble stoned path which will lead you through the jungle and to the beach. The name of the beach is Playa Malpaso 😉
