Sad, awful. She used to be great at this song. Sad to see the half-draped drum, as they’re using tracks for drum and bass. Sad to hear this off-pitch singing oscillating between a weird throaty, contryish vocal constriction that a baby is mimicking at 1:47 and then a relaxed drawl way under the note that is so deep the baby’s dad can’t even match it at 3:10. The baby and dad together give the a nice caricature of her voice. I hope she can get some money, come back with a full band, and sing in her natural voice.
