I’ve heard that too actually so I have not been using mine. I am considering preemptively returning mine because of that. That’s too bad because it’s so cute.
Yes thank you for the tip. Very helpful. I just find the ornament to be loud even with the clock sound off personally. I can hear it moving the clock face in a quiet room. Maybe I’m just too easily distracted 😂
@@onboardofftrack haha no problem. Mine stopped spinning after a few times playing it. So I exchanged it. Hopefully this next one won’t break in minutes
Good to know. I saw some people talking about that on Facebook too. Apparently some of the display ornaments had stopped working when they saw them in the store. Definitely something to keep in mind.
@@onboardofftrack wow that’s crazy that it wasn’t just me! I’m nervous to buy the Haunted Mansion collection for that reason. Especially since it’s expensive. But so cool!!
Thank you for clarifying that. I should have mentioned that in the video. Even with the clock noise off, I can still hear the motor moving the clock face itself. In my office when I’m quietly working, I find it distracting. I might just be sensitive to it or maybe mine is louder than it should be.
Thank you. Look up Nicksfixlasvegas on Etsy and instagram. He makes all kinds of custom pieces and they are all incredible. I got really lucky and won this one from a contest he ran.
I’ve got a board game room/office that I have decorated with stuff that I enjoy. Helps make the work day better to have that stuff around. That’s where I am using these for. I probably won’t put them on a tree for Christmas. At least not now. How about you?
@@onboardofftrackI used them on my tree last year with the haunted mansion under the tree. I really liked it but I feel like it’s throwing off the “gumdrop and candy cane” hallmark ornament I have, but there aren’t enough to do a Halloween tree, all little thoughts!
How did you hook up the other ornaments to the mansion? The power cord for it is separate, and I don't see anyway to hook up the others to the mansion. Obviously I'm overlooking something... thanks!
Good question. You don’t have to physically connect the ornaments to the mansion. As long as they both have power and are near each other, they will sync up.

I read the small world ornament is stopping rotation and basically breaking after a few uses, is this something you’ve seen?

Loved this video! Btw you can turn the clock sound off. There’s a switch on the bottom.

Cool .
You can turn off the clock on the Small World ornament! Look for the switch. :)

That’s awesome. Where did you get the Disneyland sign from in the background?

Do any of you use these on your Christmas tree or just do something for Halloween?
