Homestead U Closes 797 Beds In College Station, Texas

- Columbus, Ohio -Homestead U, one of the fastest-growing property management companies specializing in student housing, has added to its portfolio in College Station, Texas. Homestead U has acquired the Aspen Heights property from Columbus Pacific and its affiliates, a student apartment complex with 797 beds.
Aspen Heights becomes the third property managed and owned by Homestead U in College Station, joining 2818 Place and Parkway Apartments. The acquisition increases Homestead U’s student property management portfolio to 3,300 beds in College Station, the largest total in the market.

Aspen Heights will be rebranded as “The Heights,” and will feature 100% cottage-style housing units across 27 acres, offering residents ample personal space to learn and socialize. Residents of The Heights are presented with the ideal backdrop to live their “best lives possible” due to its numerous differentiating features, including the largest sized living units in the market, a full bed/bath parity with an extra half-bathroom and a best-in-class amenity package.
