There are usually really few races in Portugal during summer, so this one was a nice catch. Although, it wasn't anything special, but still pretty decent. Made several route choice mistakes here and there, and did some "safe" decisions, which I wouldn't do during an important race.

Its certainly better than that 6 foot tall grass from last month…😉…im hoping to get some headcam videos made…two of my runs made quickroute crash from some type of fault in the gpx track…ill have to rerun one for that, and rerun the other one for a better video and gpx.

@@johnrobertson7583 there was a time period when I was running without a watch (I broke one, and haven’t received the new one yet). And during those times I drew my gps track by hand, and it worked pretty well, I would say. So if you remember the way you went with at least somewhat precision, you may consider doing this instead of rerunning everything

@@vijsek7488 Interesting. I watched Evgeny Antipovs video tutorial on the regular process where you have all the files...I am in the facebook group also headcam orienteering, and several people are trying to help me there. Thanks a lot for your tip.

@@johnrobertson7583btw, by drawing the track by hand I mean take any other gps track, that has the same duration (or longer), mark some points, for which you know the exact time and location (like controls or distinctive points like fence corner), and just stretch the track. It will not be perfect between the points, but should be ok in total
