According to Khmer culture letting people watching you eat is consider rude. Because you are making video for viewing, it is alright. But boy I am drooling. For a few short years that was how I had my Breakfast. I did just like you going around every morning, Noon, & evening buying to taste to remembered so the next time I wanted my meal, I just go to those who made the tasty foods & dessert. Brings back good old time of how I spent my day. There was nothing to do. That was my habit. But once grew up, I used what I remembered & make those Khmer recipes that I likes the most. I only made those recipes from that era when I was child eating. I am good at making Khmer food. Khmer foods are tasty. I knew of other types of foods. But once you ate Khmer foods, others is different. With Khmer foods when done right, you have no guilt eating it. In each culture the foods was made with unhealthy ingredients. So, I made some changes to be totally healthy. I enjoys eating Khmer foods. I did not want guilt eating Khmer foods. I substituted ingredients for healthy cooking so not to worry. Eating Khmer foods made by stall sellers like those in this video will give you diseases. You are sure to get diseases. Sorry folks if I offended you. But it is the truth. Once you get to certain age, your body will starts to troubles you. There is no cure to most diseases. You will eventually died from what diseased you. Hygiene is utmost important. People never questioned how they became diseased. Khmer foods sellers, there is a thing call sins. You must practiced good hygiene. Learned how to properly handling foods. God will severely punishes you if you caused anything to anyone. You will be paying for your sins in the after life. You spend your after life serving your sins. If someone wronged you, God will avenges for you. You need not have to get vengeance. People paid to eat your foods. The least you do is to handle it right.
