Best way way is to use Luke warm water and when rinsing my method I use cool water, does not have to be ice cold water just cool water

Nothing actually, you do need hair milk if you want to really threat your hair. But you can try using only shampoo and conditioner it might work but not as good as the hair milk inclusive.
