Hello Selle. I hope you two are feeling better. I'm so inspired by your fridge...you can see everything and no one has to dig around and mess it up (that's what my family does...😂) migraines are the worst so I hope you take it easy. Have an amazing weekend friend❤

It truly is.. when I get migraines attack I can’t do anything but lay in bed with a bunch of pillows on my head cause there can’t be any light and noise.. my husband gets scared when I get it cause the last worst attack I got, I end up in the hospital for a couple of days because my medicine isn’t cutting it for me!🤦🏻♀️

Hi Selle, just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone with migraine. I can totally relate, so I appreciate you trying to upload a video.
It just sucks cause it happens when I least expect it.. I had a lot of things plan to do this week including decorating for fall so I can have that video up for next week but that’s not gonna happen now!🥹 but it’s ok.. my son is feeling better so that’s more important to me!🥰 I’ll try again next week on my days off!😉
Add sea salt (not a lot) to water when you drink. It helps the water to get into your tissue. Because you are dehydrated is why migraines occur.
