Welcome back! Unfortunately, I didn't get to see much of SP when I stayed there during the start of the pandemic. I recommend visiting more cities in Paraná such as Foz.
Hi Leonidas, Im a brazilian from Recife living in the USA, and I gotta say that you're extremely blessed for having the chance to get to know so many different locations and experiencing so many cultures. As a brazilian, I didn't have the chance to visit Sao Paulo while I was living in Brazil and your perspective was def very interesting. In my early twenties I dreamt of living in big cities like NYC and Sao Paulo, but as I get older this idea of constantly craziness sounds nuts to me. Keep up with the awesome content, take care.
Hey Carlos, thanks brotha! I would still recommend Sao Paulo if you have the freedom to do it, because ultimately you will have your own experience from it as well. But SP is definitely a beast of a city. I'm currently in Florianopolis, and I would definitely recommend floripa more than anywhere else
@@PremiumLeo it's so awesome that you can see the different regions of Brazil. My idea of the country before leaving was much associated with the northeast region (for living there several years). But now I'm just realizing how diverse and huge Brazil is all senses. You definitely should also write down your experiences and nuances of not only Brazil but Latin American in general, I'd love to read it, cheers.
Why living in USA Brazil is the country.I have been to brazil 21 times and again going there in July 2023. Lived in Fortaleza Rio São Paulo Arakaju Manaus This time Floripa This is digital world why to stay in one place if possible we must experience the varieties of this world. Brazilian food is just like my home cooked food. Absolutely similar I love it , for Mr it’s so easy to eat Brazilian dishes. Your country have wonderful Per kilo restaurants. Unbelievably convenient across Brazil. Just a wonderful idea. This is one of the main reasons I love Brazil .
When was this? Since you recently uploaded a video in Canada about a road trip. Also, did you experience problems with closed locations due to the pandemic? It's pretty interesting that a lot of these were open.
Hey Elijah, I stayed in sao paulo from september 2021 to december 2021. These videos are a bit delayed in production since they take forever, plus I'm always traveling ^_^ Pandemic in Sao paulo? no issues. You are free to do whatever you want, and mask restrictions have been pretty much removed by now
I would suggest just go to a safer place like Bangkok or Buenos Aires if you want cities that have a lot of things to do and are inexpensive at the same time, São Paulo is just too much, you have to keep paying attention to your surroundings all the time, no peace whatsoever.
With the lack of charm, comes an over-abundance of things to do. But I agree with you on all points. Although, I've heard the opposite for safety in regards to Buenos Aires
@@PremiumLeo yeah, BA isn’t the safest city at all, but when you compare it to São Paulo it’s definitely safer, not much to worry about when you’re only visiting the touristy places.
I love this city
Yea, cool city. I'd like to go back, but I have a few more south american cities in the waiting list
@@PremiumLeo Yes, you should get back again, it’s a bustling city.. you’re are welcome. Btw, I’m Brazilian, from Rio.

I've been. It's a nice small city, but mostly people go there because of the waterfalls. The waterfalls are amazing for sure
Eu nasci nessa cidade, mas eu moro no estado do Pará e sou influenciada nesse estado.

Que vídeo mais completo!👏👏👏👏👍
Obrigado amigo!
Where did you stay when you were there? Which neighborhood was that building with the gate?
all buildings have a gate. I stayed in Perdizes, although there are more active/accessible neighborhoods to stay in.

Thank you for this video.
It was very useful to remind me again why I don't want to live in SP.
SP has its benefits, but definitely better to live in floripa
213 parks in São Paulo 😅
sao Paulo city takes up sooo much area, that it's just a matter of statistics :)

BA and Argentina in general are on my list of places to test living (3 months tops probably). Hopefully I get there before everything gets dollarized
Of my dreams? Hehe if you call homeless guys randomly yelling in the park across from my apt a dream then sure
Ah yes. The homeless crisis of Sao paulo is absolutely unreal. Nothing else like it I've ever seen.
