I haved been applying for little more than a 1 year looking for a job from every company that I know and no luck, I sadly cound get a intership experienced when I was in college never got that opportunity and right know i only got a email full of rejection emails. I'm really fustrating becauses I haven't had luck and don't know what I can't do now that I finished college. I'm tired of the rejection email and want someone that gives me that experience and belives in me.

Thank u for sharing this information. I will try for getting those construction licenses. And i wanna ask u a question, maybe u answered and i didnt see, is it safe for women to work around a lot of men, i mean do they have safety? How should they get dress in men's environment?

    • @SheWhoDaresWins

No probs! Great questions! I will answer the one about what I wear at work soon I promise. As for site safety there isn't really anything in place, however I have only ever felt uncomfortable a few times and there really are ways to help you feeling unsafe. Again a great idea for another video that might help other women so thanks!

Oh no that's so sad to hear, you should never feel nervous or worried about your surroundings. If you feel nervous maybe you should speak to your employer? It can be worrying If you don't know people very well, but everyone should act very professionally. Do you work in the UK?
