It is one among the best videos made by crazy nomadic....it has beauty of its own...unique beauty , little bit haunted beauty....beautiful in its own sense.....i think such kind of ghost constructions are replica of Chinese mistakes in thier own country...they have also made big constructions which are not being used....government needs to frame policy to compete such kind of half finished constructions and put them to use
