I’m not sure if you will ever see this but I had the same issue as you. I got panics doing cardio thinking I was having heart issues. What helped me was going to a cardiologist. They monitored my heart while I did cardio and I wore a EKG machine for 24 hours! Everything turned out fine. I think that peace of mind will really help you!

Calm down. Lol. Yes, can tell you were quite anxious & scattered about the spin class. You did it! So glad that Brooke helped you through it with the cold treat afterward. Funny about shopping last minute for the concert because you shipped the outfit. 😂 Yes, the purple dress looked best with the straps tied. Your hair looks so pretty. Loved it with the soft waves and the gems in Brooke’s hair. She & your friends looked so pretty, too. Have an amazing fun time in Greece. Can’t wait to see the clips!

If these panic attacks are as big of a deal as you always insist they are…. Get meds. It’s not working with you just trying to fix it yourself.
lol but she got through it? And handled it in the best way she knew how. Everyone handles anxiety/mental health differently… and that’s okay because a large population of the world do not understand how to manage & console their own feelings in moments of panic/stress. also, Meds are not a solution for everyone (especially people who prefer a more holistic way) - coming from someone who takes medication myself. your comment comes off extremely passive aggressive and seems like you only watched the first 5 minutes of the vlog 🥲 i feel sorry for you that you feel the need to comment negatively (or at least it comes off that way) about someone you don’t even know personally. I hope you learn to look at the positives in life and do some self reflection 🙂
