    Quality of the sound should not be based on a phone recording, especially played back from spotify! Don't take it as a reference! It's just for inspiration!
    If you don't see the titles of the songs in description, then please use SHAZAM! If you don't know/have it, then download it! It'll change your life finding music titles.

    If anyone is wondering that amp on the left is called Sinfoni Allegro. I run the same amp setup for my front, Allegro with Amplitude 45.2x, but in 2 way and im absolutely in love with them. Mad respect to the owner, that is what i love about car audio, building everything yourself, congrats on amazing system. I can also say the same thing, almost everything i learned is from this channel, all the tips and tricks, thank You so much Peter, greetings from Poland :)

    This has to be one of the best demos that you have given us featuring someone else's build. He obviously had tons of inspiration from you and your builds/uploads Peter. I can see it in the build pics at the end of the video. I has to be an absolute treat to sit and listen to your inspired mid bass location enclosures. I would have never guessed that these were enclosures. I would have thought the baffle was the actual floorboard! The boxed look THAT OEM!
    To the owner.....CONGRATS on such a great accomplishment! You just showed so many that you don't have to have a fancy sanding room or router room. You did the most important thing the best way possible....YOU PLANNED IT OUT!
    I'm betting this allowed you to move more efficiently even though your tools were limited. Again, I wish I could shake your hand and.....listen to you system as well!!!!

    Great install!
    I also have a Joying radio, i won it from their contest couple years back. Im hoping they eventually release a unit with bluetooth data communication.
    This way one could connect a DAP to their dsp, and control the DAP from the radio screen using the DAP's bluetooth link App. Steering wheel controls could even work, letting the DAP stay hidden.
    In this case you would have the best of both worlds; the great functionality of those Joying radios, plus the hifi source of the DAP.

I love the sound quality of your radio 💖 and the metal song👍 I'm after your SQ quality of sound. Do you have to do a lot of dyi part's for your VW? I've had to fab or come up with something else. No one really does this to a beetle. How did they tune it so that every type of music sounds good and there's no clipping? Is that a shallow mount sub?

    Nice job and video. What took my attention is that the owner of the VW used Micro Precision midrange with the Mille legend tweeters. What’s your opinion about these tweeters Peter? Actually the whole Mille legend .3. I remember that you used the ML2000 in the Honda as front woofer.

    Hi pete
    I happen to be in transition .. I want to go digital .. can you ask Eddy what his experience is with that Joy h.u? is the sound as good as a Fiio m11... dap?
    I have been looking for a while for a h.u with a digital output .. there are hardly any .. only sony the rsx, stinger heigh 10 and the expensive alpine status
    I year ago a started with this hobby and i bought a Alpine ilx903D.. i though that i was compleet.. but my bad .. i didnt new about a digital connection..that is better then analog.
    Manny Thanks

    • @eduard.c.ionescu
      @eduard.c.ionescu Год назад +2

      hello, my honest answer is that the android h.u. is the best solution that you can get, perfect integration with the car, google maps for navigation, quality screen compared to any other "reputable" brands like alpine, pioneer, kenwood, etc. and a digital output which not many head units have. now, back to your question, is the joying as good as a fiio? I don't know, on paper definitely not, in reality, not many people would make a difference in a blind test. joyiong will do everything your alpine does in terms of functionality but just a bit better because of the android, all at a fraction of the cost. I've been using android in the scirocco for about 5 years and I did go through 3 head units, not because they are failing but you do need to upgrade the unit after 2 years, just like you would upgrade your phone, apps are getting hungrier and hungrier, the unit can't keep up. also, very often it happens that you have to fiddle with the settings out of the box and you might have to contact joying a few times till you get it working the way you want but other than that, for me, they're the best you can get.

    • @Leysner77
      @Leysner77 Год назад +2

      @@eduard.c.ionescu Thanks for the explanation, it's all very clear to me now. I myself do not use the antroid functions of a h.u, and have an old car from 2002 hahah I only play downloaded flac/wave files so so joying h.u will totally succeed. Bless

    How is stereo separation/width with the midbasses located so close to the center of the car?

    • @pssound9749
      @pssound9749  3 года назад +3

      Most of the range playing under 150Hz is mono, so once it’s tuned, it has to sound from the centre of the soundstage anyway and then the rest is being played by the pillars, so stereo is just fine.

  • @andrewstaton6077

    Does mid bass under the seat sound a lot better than in the doors?

    • @pssound9749
      @pssound9749  3 года назад +2

      Yes, absolutely! Zero rattles. It is only doable with a midrange that can be crossed under 200Hz though.

    • @81stefan1
      @81stefan1 3 года назад +1

      Hi Peter love all your videos 👍👌🏻
      you are a professional
      Can you explain why it only doable is with a midrange that can be crossed under the 200hz 🤔
      The midbase under the seat can be crossed above the 200hz
      So you can use a midrange above the 200hz
      Please explain
