You got it! I actually just found a neighborhood where they’re going to be building 3000 sqft homes with 6 beds and 4 baths for UNDER $300k! They haven’t started building them yet but when they do, I’ll do a video about that for sure as well as the other neighborhoods with bigger homes.

Would love to see a video that goes over prices for houses with more bedrooms. Seems like a lot of those houses are pretty small.
