The ball he's using is notorious for having unpredictable air movements due to the unusual design. You put a good knuckle on it like a normal bending kick, and it will often move twice. In his kick it moves three times however, so there was likely a breeze, combined with the ball itself, and combined with a very good kick. Basically a one in a million shot.
Assuming it's real, (and I don't see why it wouldn't be) it was probably fairly windy and he must've kicked the ball with a lot of strenght, so it's still quite impressive.

Futsal uses alot more skill moves, in more confined space, football use large fields, and skill moves can take you so far. Team work is way more important, since it's such a large field.
