Nah. I asked both of them to make sure that they provide good information in the video. So each one was contributing. They're actually friends and my instructors for the school at www.internachi.edu
if you call it a circulating fan and not a blower assembly ... you probably shouldn't be assessing it. also not a single word about what appears to be schedule 30 vent piping. and the tubing closer than 6 inches to a single wall vent . you should leave this to the pros
Wrong, I’m a home inspector and Home inspectors are trained well in how to inspect furnaces. by the way. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to talk about the fundamentals and safety hazards of a furnace.
@@loafabreadhead3539 Home inspections are serious. How serious would you like someone to be that is inspecting YOUR home? It is no surprise that you have a "loaf of bread head". You are a moron.
I like the tag-team approach in these videos.
Me too.
Dudes face at 6:17 when he got cut off 🤣🤣🤣. Technically the older guy is right about the tape and the screws.
Right.
No tools used in the description? What CO detector? Which gas detector? What are the minimum temperatures to operate the AC?
Good questions. Feel free to ask the inspector directly at www.nachi.org/certified-inspectors/arthur-kline-cmi-23150
Thanks
Welcome.
It feels like they were competing while inspecting the furnace, lol

Nice catches and feedback, Robert.
Home inspectors need to stick to the home. Stay away from the furnace.
I disagree. Inspecting the heating system is required by the Home Inspection Standards of Practice at www.nachi.org/sop
Agree - always get a trained professional to do the furnace inspection and do not rely on any opinion from a home inspector.

You both take yourself way too seriously
Home inspections are really important.
@@internachi of course they are, but this is why a lot of people choose not to get a home inspection. Take a humble pill
