When VR Toy Freddy came out I bought it's bundle because I played the game regularly so I felt it was worth it. Then, after a year or two I had to switch phones. Now for some reason, I apparently wasnt logged in or I couldnt log in with email (for some reason Illumix's great idea was to make Facebook login either the main source of saving or the only way to save progress at all, I cant remember which one it was) and I couldnt log into my previous Facebook account because Facebook itself logged me out of that account and thus I had to make a new one. The point is, when I dowloaded the game, tried to log in but I couldnt, so I contacted Illumix and they couldnt do jackshit about my problem. I only got ai generated responses that either told me how to recover a lost account (They told me that I should try and login to my Facebook account which I couldnt, that was like the first line of my message I sent to them) or to screenshot the receipt of the purchase but I couldnt because that receipt didn't exist in my emails for some reason, I could only send them old screenshots I've made when I bought the bundle. Anything I've sent them after this was ignored. This just further proves how they never cared about the game.
