Good explanation. On the web I have not found an explanation as clear as this. Now I feel much more relaxed driving. I arrived in central Berlin from Rome, but with very confused ideas about these signs. The streets of Berlin are full of similar signs, on which I did not understand anything. Basically a sign with the arrow but a cross is a no stopping at all sign and the sign with an arrow or two arrows but half strike through it is stopping for no longer than 3 minutes but not parking until of course the next junction or the same sign with an arrow pointing away from the road.
Very well explained and helped a ton, ive watched a little on these and listened in my theory, yet still wasnt sure. This video fixed all of my thoughts and explained it all in 3 minutes lol

In classes its often complicated , they tell you to turn the sign clockwise and the the arrow direction shows you and all sorts. Why? This is sooo simple and finally in 3 minutes i have learmt and now know what they have tried to explain in their complicated way with no success

I have one question, if in a two way road, the sign no stopping is put on one side of the road, for example in right side , is this mean that I am not allowed to stop or park in my line, but the vehicle coming on opposite direction maybe allowed to park or stop in their line? Or the sign applies to the both side of entire road ?
