I actually have both infusers. The glass one doesn’t keep tea hot for long. The stainless steel one has a defective lid that separates from time to time. Leaving one to struggle with opening it as the suctioned stainless steel portion of the separated cap is sealed tight. They are both beautiful in appearance but disappointing in quality.

Thanks for enlightening me about your return policy as I had no idea. You are my favorite herbal, castile soap, witch hazel and oil supplier. Thank you for providing other great products.

Will this work for coffee grounds as well s tea?

Aaaand... then what? Do you drink these straight from the tumbler, or must it be decanted into a separate mug? Ideally I want a loose ingredient tea infuser that I can use just like a mug.

You can drink directly out of the tea tumblers! One has a removable basket which allows you to steep to the perfect amount of time for your taste. The other has a basket that cannot be removed but you can set your tumbler upside down to stop it from steeping!
