It's called 'Oak Cliff',folks....not South Dallas. Two different parts of town. He was quite proud of being an Oak Cliff native,just as we Oak Cliff natives are proud of him!! (BTW: The house he grew up in is just a few blocks from the one I grew up in.....just across Hampton Rd.
