Id love to see you attempt to make mead the way it was done originally hundreds of years ago. Like using rain water- clay pots- wild honey- and idk how yeast was made back then for fermentation
hey! i’m really new to mead making i get most of my info from you or annoying people on reddit lol. could you make a video with EVERY step that you personally take while making a mead? backsweetenting, clearing agents, stabilizing… i have a general idea, but i just never know what i’m doing right/wrong. thank you!
Thank you for doing this! Amazing how many people are failing to realize mead takes time to make, and you’re obviously posting in real time. I think it’s awesome!
I can't wait to see the results! Also, where did you get the lids for those mason jars? Seems like a pretty good way to start making mead for a beginner like me who has a bunch of jars lying around!
My second batch of mead has overflowed through the airlock. Did I mess up or is my jar just a little too full for how active my yeast is? It’s a peach mead recipe. First fermentation cycle with fruit this first round.
I'm really confused at whether or not I should bother subscribing because I'm REALLY interested in your content, but what are your videos bro you have shorts and shorts as videos....Why upload 3 1 minute videos as actual videos? Meadbusters is a great idea but this execution is just weird lol
RUclips shorts only allow 60 second videos. Any videos uploaded under 60s automatically become shorts, but anything over 60s will be uploaded as actual videos, with no way to make them shorts unless you cut everything past 60s off
This video will not get him what he wants. This video is a great introduction. Simply hold it until the series is done. The people that are interested will be long gone before the series is posted. Look at how the rest of videos in This area are done: they are edited and released after. This would get him his goal of more engagement. As it is, thus is clickbait with no payoff.

they used the wild yeast found in fruits and honey, yeast even just in the air.
❤ thank you for doing this, I've been on the fence about what one to use for my very first batch so this will be very helpful.

If you haven't already, please be sure to make playlists of your experiments and work!

The SafCider T6 should be on your list to test, too.
This should be intresting
Was going to do this experiment on my own. Looks like you beat me to it😂

Oh hes still alive
Shouldve also tried bakers yeast just as a wildcard

Will any of your mead kits come back in stock?
So now I have to wait a minimum of 1 month😂
Use yeast slurry from another batch
Yes, yes it does.
Is it finished?
Ya😂😂😂 it matters.
I tried a recipe that used bakers yeast😂
Seriously, don't do that, it was nasty. Probably would have made good bread though 😅

Man I really don't want to come back to see the final results, I just want the God damn results. Most annoying trend from tik tok I swear
Didn’t want to wait to post the video, figured it’d be easier to post it in parts in real time… but I understand, I’m just as eager to see the results
@@goldenhivemeadContinue brother, don't listen to these types of comments
Relax a little, and not everything needs to be done all at once like that.
This man cries when he doesn't get his instant gratification. Guineahorn is the one with brainrot
That's the problem with Tiktok. Anything that isn't instant gratification is "annoying"
Clickbait with no results.
It literally says part 1
@@goldenhivemead Just post a real video or all at once.
@doughull8921 how about you get off the internet and get a life, or do the experiment yourself. Stop begging for instant gratification
@doughull8921 dude how do you think mead is made? Overnight?? Don’t be an ass about it

Hey, can you do a test including THC infused honey? @goldenhivemead
Please make an oregano mead. You'll be surprised at how delicious it is.
