What Yeah. I'm Maryland too. I watched theses videos all the time. I found a Gonstead chiropractor in Eldersburg. I've went a couple times and my body hasn't felt this good in 14yrs. And I had went to other chiropractor. I'm so greatful for these videos!!!
Started stretching, opening my hip socket, I'm relatively flexible but my left hip was horrible. Tight tight tight, effects my walk, back, neck can't believe it. Working on it now.

Chiropractors can do such amazing work! I wish state insurance would cover this in insurance because it's way more helpful then just medication etc.
