Thank you for clarifying the TMJ/TMD distinction, that's a huge pet peeve of mine! People will say "I have TMJ" and I just think "well I hope you have two of them!"
This was an interesting case to me because I too have an issue with my Jaw it shifts when I open and close and I have the same feeling of leaning to one side and will cause me to be slouching all the time. I definitely will have to come see you Dr. Rahim. Thanks for the great content as always!!
As someone who's been able to crack their jaw for years, it's great to see others get similar relief! I know what it's like if I refuse to crack it for several days.. just feels.. tense 😅 I don't get any TMJ dysfunction, but I'll admit it's an addictive habit (2 decades plus! 😂)

It's normal, the TMJ term is more known so it makes sense. But yes, TMD is the term to describe the issue from this case.
