I have been listening now for close to two years now and I have heard the things he says here countless times yet this is the first time I am hearing this word kriya because I have made myself so miserable that today I am desperate enough to have been able to pay attention to all of what he said in this video and now I know that I need a kriya. I'm so grateful to know that I need a kriya. My intelligence has made me so stupid. I feel like dropping everything I know now. It feels better to know nothing, I imagine, so I will try it as much as I can or as often as I can. thank you.
If you read sadghurus book inner engineering you will get more of an insight than ever about his life and about him as well as about life in general and otherwise its quite a fascinating book

Thank you for sharing yourself with us, much appreciated. personal short version story of this:started with my personal comprehension., (my position at that current point in time) Then I made a choice to want to know something specific at that time. (state of intention) then I made another choice. I chose to imagine what it was while creating a space for it, ( empty space / occupied space), or (subject matter)... Feeling this for the first time I felt my personal space increase and felt more available space for more fullness to reside. I cried more deeply than ever before, overwhelmed with that increase, (heart heat) Again this is short version story, this for me was a first, so the time frame for this was long about 4 hours. Today it happens, quickly. And is wonderful. Remembering us when we were pure love state brings me smiles. I love you family so much. See you when you see us, take care of more.
