I am so glad I found your channel! Very educational. I have an iphone 6 plus that has liquid damage I am going to try and revive. Getting a battery in tomorrow as my first step. I wont really know what it looks like until I get in my kit tomorrow so I can take it apart. I used to fix iphone screens back in 2010 but a LOT has changed since then! Lol

Nice touch on the multimeter camera view. Thanks for sharing your videos mark.
This is exactly what I needed to do to fix my phone! Ty
Mark what software is good to use for data recovery?
Mark, what Hakko soldering station are you using? can the hot tweezers be used with FX591?
nice about the flux you ever think of making your own ? just a thin rosin based for clean ups its sticky though so wear gloves mixing if you do
youel adamas I have some pure resin which I could melt and dilute if I really wanted to, but I prefer the amtech flux even though it is expensive.
Nice multimeter camera!
how do you know what the voltages should be at the various components? is it just experience?
you find the voltages on the schematic.
hey I just replaced my iphone 6 screen now I have no image
vArt you probably mixed up some screws
yeah I didn't know they were different sized should i just buy a new logic board?
if you aren't coming concerned about data, yes. if you would like it repaired, it can be fixed. go to www.mendonipadrehab.com to request a quote.
