Don't think many people realize how hard Frank hit I remember getting to watch one of his fight when we had just bought a color TV and I can't remember who he was fighting but what I can remember is that he knocked his opponent down with a body punch that lifted him off the ring and he was done for
But did Harry know what he meant? 😅 Absolute legend, top man Frank Bruno
Persistent bruno won a world title on his fourth attempt gave lewis one of his hardest fights and kod ribalta as demonstrated something mike tyson failed to do
Bruno would get smashed today, standing at just 6'3 and with stiff movement he'd be a sitting duck.
His back silhouette is scary
There’s only one Frank Bruno ❤
Frank was always way too nice to be a killer boxer
Frank could sure hit very hard. He really rocked Mike Tyson but just never followed the punch up quickly enough it was as if he was too busy admiring his punch. You gotta love big Frank though a true great man and not quite great boxer but still very good and strong as an ox.
We love you Frank!
Lewis Mason Bruno the old days
We’re not doing to bad today with Joshua, Tyson and Dubois 🇬🇧
That KO right hand punch from Frank made a sound like someone hitting a water-melon with a baseball bat !
I forgotten how good Frank was keep strong champ ❤❤❤
Tyson went through him like warm butter LMFAO BRUNO MY ASS
Clearly we watched a different fight as he got to round 5 before the fight being stopped. Technical knockout rather than a knockout and considering Tyson was an awesome knockout fighter, warm butter Frank was not.
@@rambledogs2012 Bruno wanted a lot of hugs from Mike, Mike dominated and both of us know it, if ref didn't stop it Bruno would have sustained chronic damage, the most I'll give Bruno is a few combinations that got through , ok maybe refrigerated butter.
@@robertparisi8016 If I agreed with you, we would both be wrong.
Yes indeed Bruno would have put you on your ass if you had fought him. I imagine you would have wet your pants and started crying if you had ever stepped into a boxing ring though 😭😭😭😭😭
I was at that fight, the only one of Bruno's I saw live. It was a decent enough card as well. Joe Bugner's son was up that night. I have a vague recollection of Lloyd Honeyghan being on as well, but that might be misremembered from something else. I remember the banter beforehand about him blinding Bruno. That was after Frank had been through surgery to reattach his retina. After all the pre-match hype, the lad didn't swing many punches. A great memory, nonetheless.
Isn't he the one that cried when he had to face Mike Tyson?
Wouldnt most.
Frank Brenner is a legend proper boxer.
Frank and Harry. 80s distilled.
Absolute legend
I didn't know they had fought. Ribalta put up a hell of a fight against the best version of Mike Tyson. Tough as they come
Sir frank Brunoooo
Beautiful Soul
Turned into Overeem. Frank was great in his prime.
I've met Frank a couple of times and he was a legend then and a legend now. Daniel Dubois reminds me of Frank...
Ribalta was wearing pajamas .
