im sure you know but even having real lighting on your subject to match the color of the objects in scene really helps bridge that 3D to real life gap easier
Does anyone know why when I use cycles, a texture environment and an image as a plane, it does not emit a shadow, it probes by removing the texture environment and illuminating with lights and it works, but when I activate the hdri it does not emit a shadow, any solution please?

I use After Effects to key my footage so I export as a QuickTime with RGB+Alpha enabled. So when I bring into Blender it’s QuickTime.
