*UPDATE* a lot of you may not know, I film my videos 3-4weeks in advance before they are posted unless it’s a review I need to right away! I’ve been using the spray serum and powder and lip oil a lot recently and I do find myself reaching for them often!

And their filters! Oh the filters. I use to LOVE tutorials- until i attempted her foundation technique - etc- and it was BEYOND A FAIL! Then she did a bio vid about being blackmailed… and i saw the truth about what her makeup REALLY looks like. 😑😓
I use a lot of Kosas products (and, love them!). The powder and bronzer have lasted over 2 years and are both great (there is a lot of product so they really last). The creme blush lasted me about 1.5 years - I noticed it started to smell a little different so threw it out; the powder blush lasts forever. The lip oils turned after about 9 months but the lipsticks have never turned on me. I get at least 6 months from a concealer. I don't use foundation so cannot comment. I always toss a mascara after 3 months; I buy the little one and it lasts. I live in high mountain desert in Utah. I hope that this helps!
I’ve tried the oil foundation. From the beginning it smelled. It also no matter what was just awful and wouldn’t apply to my skin in any normal way. That bottle I should get out and see if it’s good anymore. It did smell bad from the beginning. It disappointed me because I had such high hopes it would be good.
Their concealer is the best I've tried so far for my dry skin and I've had gone through 2 of them without any issues with it going 'off'. If it's going off it sounds like a bad batch issue.
I was "influenced" to buy the cloud set powder, and it's not a bad powder. But I'm still reaching for my Elf Halo Glow powder for my face instead. (For under my eyes, the powder that works for my 60 year old skin is the Pat McGrath under eye powder!)
The lack of preservatives in products they make like foundation and concealor I have decided to stay away from because they go bad so fast and for the price I would rather do a drugstore brand if I have to throw it away sooner..the cloud set powder everyone went crazy over but it looked cakey on me. I did buy the foundation before I realized the preservative issue..I didn't think it looked as pretty on me as it was hyped to be. Same with triclone by haus. My favorite on my mature skin is clinique even better glow light reflecting foundation. It's stunning. Thanks for another great video Robert!

I am 57 and definitely mature skin. It is dry and textured. I hated the foundation and powder. Maybe my lack of technical ability but it looked a hot mess. Also, if on the fence between powder color. GO LIGHTER. I didn't and it looked like the 80's orange makeup
The Kosas Cloud set powder is the only thing I used from Kosas and I really loved it. I have dry skin so most powders look horrible and dry my skin out, but I didn’t find that with Kosas one. Maybe because it doesn’t have talc and seems to have oils etc in the ingredients. I would like to try more from Kosas but I heard their products expire very fast and I take ages to use stuff up so haven’t bought anything else.
Kosas products spoil rather quickly in my opinion, thus making them not worth the money for me. The only thing I can get through fast enough is the lip gloss (oil?). My cream blush went bad in less than two months, and I live in a very dry climate.🤷🏻♀️. I don’t use foundation, so I can’t speak about that, but I will say this: PRESERVATIVES ARE NOT BAD. So sick of clean beauty bs.
That Kosas powder is the devil if u have texture and oiliness. It barely blurs and within 15 min my oils break through. I think this is loved by dryer skin.
Did you get a new camera? This video looks particularly sharp (if that's the right word). I appreciate how much detail of the textures and finishes we can see in this video!
i’ve been eyeing up their powder for ages and their skin enhancer looks lovely also, but i’ve been trying so hard not to buy into this brand. i’m surprised i’ve lasted this long since i have a pressed powder obsession. i’m not a fan of the lack of preservatives, i understand that clean beauty is a good cash grab for a lot of these companies, but i just wish they stopped fear mongering over preservatives. they’re what keep our products safe to use, & if i buy a concealer i’d rather it not smell like blue cheese 2 months in. i may pick up a tester in their skin enhancer if i can’t stop thinking about it lol

I’ve been wanting to try Kosas and have been thinking about getting the whole line in the try before you buy little collection they have… thanks for your feedback on this, think I’m going to skip them and stick with what I have!
If you want multiple Kosas Wet Lip oils don’t do it , they’re going to taste really bad before you can use them. I know this from experience , I have all the colours and they taste like crayon now.

Loved this! I received samples of their foundation and used it for three days in a row. I really liked the coverage, but I felt like by the third day, my pores were showing more. However...for whatever reason, I change my primer on pretty much a daily basis (seriously, I have no idea why I don't stick to just one! 🤷♀️), so that may have made a difference. I was going to buy a full sized bottle, but then I started reading reviews on Sephora that scared me! So many people had bad reactions to the foundation. I'm not sure if it's the younger skin that doesn't need the ingredients in it (I most definitely do not have younger skin), but the red, itchy, broken out faces put me off. Has anyone experienced that with the foundation?
I have this foundation and have not had a bad reaction. It is actually my favourite glowy skin foundation. Great medium coverage, smooth and dewy on the skin (especially set). My skin never reacts though, so maybe if you are sensitive it could cause a problem?

Awe it made me sad when you apologized for gasping in excitement over the nude lip color. It’s obvious that makeup influencers usually get into the industry because they love makeup! And now the internet has created an environment where someone who is genuinely expressing joy in what they’re doing has to apologize for showing their emotions 😞
I would absolutely love to see you review the foundation and concealer from Kosas. I love the concealer myself, but have not spent the money yet on the foundation because I have bad luck with foundations not working with my skin. Would love to hear your thoughts on those products.

I’m a huge fan of the serum spray. It’s so hydrating and plumping and the spray actually makes it way more convenient to use on face next and chest. I use it on my whole upper body and just spritz a light layer all over and rub it in real quick. It’s not sticky, it’s just a beautiful light serum that’s super convenient to use. Highly recommend!
The only thing I have used from Kosas is their serum deodorant-which was pure love for me, but it went off kind of fast and stopped working. It was awesome at first.
If you put it on over still-damp pits it'll fail. But also whatever scent or non-scent matters. I no longer use the serene clean/green one but their new blue/beachy clean gels with me by far.

Get one lip oil at a time because they turn bad quite fast since they’re clean beauty products. I have all the colours and 5 months after buying they started to taste bad. I bought them from different stores and I live somewhere cold and they’re not in the bathroom or in the sun so usually it doesn’t happen.
Robert and I have totally opposite feelings on lip oil. I love that stuff. 😅A lip lacquer is a step too far for me in terms of thickness + tackiness but bring on the oils! Bring on the vaseline!

Man, I miss the old liquid eyeshadow formula. My go-to was the shade Globe and it was stunning for special events (wore it as part of bridesmaid makeup). Buuuut then they changed the formula and it's fine I guess

I have dark circles , (like the real not cute ones and it’s been a pain) Also, any guide for olive skin tones (especially brown skin would be awesome) and how to use pigment . I cant find the right shade despite it being medium tan
Oh no! 😂 see for me it has a very very specific smell, of this anti allergy spray I used to use, and you would spray it up your nose and sniff at the same time. To me it smells medical and I don’t mind the smell 😂
@@RobertWelsh I adore you so much! I’m glad you liked it enough to not mind the smell as I found it worked nice. I just own so many other skin care hydrating products that I had to give up on it. I do however really like the powder you reviewed from them and their aha deodorant works great if you ever want to get away from aluminum deodorant. I use the beachy clean scent.
Robert, I think you should try some of their other products if you can get them! SpaceNK doesn’t stock them all but they have cream and powder blushes which are crazy pigmented and I think you’d love them!
Bummer that they didn't send you their oil foundation and whatever their concealer is called. I've heard good things about both but am always skeptical.

The Kosas spray smelled so bad I had to return it. Reminded me of molded roses

Robert, I think you should try some of their other products if you can get them! SpaceNK doesn’t stock them all but they have cream and powder blushes which are crazy pigmented and I think you’d love them!
