I so enjoy watching craftsmen do their magic.
Thanks a lot Earl 😊👍🏻 I’m glad you like that my friend and glad that you came along 🏕🔥 Tom
Great video brother! I love how us leather workers use everyday household items for curves. You could throw any item at us and we can figure out a way to put it to good use 😊
Yeah that’s right Nate 👍🏻😁 and sometimes I walk round the house to find just the right shape I need 😉. I’m glad you like my video and appreciate your feedback very much 🏕🔥
Tom
Tom it was so nice of you to answer my comment. I was not trying to be negative just. Trying to help. You have a great following. also the sheath is very nice. I feel like I have made a new friend in you. May God bless you and all your family and your students.
Thanks Mark 👍🏻😉 really appreciate that my friend. No offence taken 😁 and I’m grateful to have you onboard
Stay safe and take care 🏕🦌
Tom
Thanks for bringing us some normality. Here in the south, my friend, we are locked up and seeing how many people are dying from this pandemic. Seeing something normal is really nice. Thank you for your videos and be prepared for what is to come. Greetings.
Thanks for another uplifting and positive video. I hope you and your wife stay safe & healthy during these uncertain times.
I have 2 of those stoves. First one I got in 1973. I carry a small candle and hold it under the stove for a bit. That builds up some pressure in the tank. Then, set the stove down and open the valve a little. The pressure from heating the bottom (fuel tank) lets the fuel flow out. Let it run down into the bowl at the base and shut off the valve. Light it and it will heat up the stem. Turn the valve back on and the heated fuel is vaporized and the stove is up and running. Just used it a couple of weeks ago when I woke up to a power outage and I needed to make some coffee
Great video man. Interesting balance between showing little things you have learned and sharing a little of how you do things, and showing you chilling back and giving a little idea of the “vibe” you are going for in camp. 👍🏼💯🔥
Thanks a lot Zachary for your positive feedback on my new video 👍🏻😉 I’m glad you came by and enjoyed it together with me my friend 🏕🔥🦌 Tom 🇩🇰
I'm glad I found your channel. This video is a lovely distraction from all that is going on right now. Looking forward to many more.
Thanks Alan 👍🏻😊 and I’m glad you found my and that you like my videos 😉 stay safe buddy and take care. Atb to you 🏕🦌
Tom
Fantastic sheath, nice pipe. Good video. Stay safe, Tom, and thanks for sharing.
I love how you built that sheath for your knife and it is built out of quality leather and the way you tanned it is perfect.
Tom it was great spending time with you at Cimbrer Camp. Thank you for spreading peace and joy in these stressful times. ATB my friend.
Wonderful craftsmanship there. Very nice to see an extra video. Take care.
Beautiful sheath Tom. Like you the schools here are also closed so my son is home from his university. While he is home we have taken on two matching knife making kits from the Pathfinder School. The knives are nearly finished and it has been a fun father/son project. We’ll be needing to make custom leather sheaths next and your video has given me inspiration. I wasn’t quite sure how to approach the project and now I do. Thank you my friend for your help. Cheers from Texas!!!!
That’s great Jack 😁👍🏻
Really enjoyed this video. Thanks very much. Lovely work on the sheath. Thanks for sharing.

It's a shame you can't import tobacco in Denmark. in the US and Britain are so many
great tobacco's i hope you can buy some of them in Denmark or Germany.
Yeah that’s a shame 😏 but we got a lot of great tobacco brands here in Denmark 🇩🇰

Tom
I find you videos very informative. And I admire your handy work.
Tom, all the stuff guys like to do: work with leather, cut firewood, smoke a fine pipe, test new stoves and gadgets, and cowboy coffee with whiskey. Enjoyed the video-looked like beautiful weather in Denmark.
Hi, Tom, I've recently got a bushcraft knife, and I wasn't happy with the sheath that it came with, so I've bought a cheap leather sheath, from Amazon, and I'm going to make it look old, like you have done with this one,, all the best my friend,, 👍🔪
