‘Tower of power’ because of it’s location only. I’ve always felt since moving to this city over 30 years ago that this was a thoroughly underwhelming building. The bricks have no aesthetic appeal and the windows too small. The update was obviously sorely needed and adds certainly a new chapter to it’s life.
Perhaps.. however the living room views looked towards the Dandenong ranges and over the green Fitzroy Gardens. Both fabulous aspects. Stay tuned, team estliving.com
@@EdwinNikkelsSeems like you have a facile understanding of how power operates in the world, and your own colonial imprint. I assure you, no one thinks the Dutch are cool, if they ever think about the Dutch at all…
I could have happily watched another 10 minutes of this living space ...
Thank you Vincent, stay tuned for more films. Team estliving.con
This is a masterpiece. Inspired use of materials, especially the ceiling. Thank you for sharing this with us.
You are very welcome. Stay tuned, team estliving.com
Narración y editorial increíbles!!!
That mirrored ceiling goes hard
The mirrored ceiling echoes the design of ‘Parliament’ train station, the local for this Melbourne apartment building. Stay tuned, team estliving.com
Interesting, yes, but aluminium strips do not equal mirrored ceiling.
@@est_living Aluminium strips are not a mirror.
Poetic narration is the cherry on the cake!
Rodney from March Studio has a radio voice, and we agree the cherry 🍒
Such an iconic building!
Timeless icon, ideal Melbourne location. Stay tuned, team estliving.com
Always liked the concept of CBD living. This apartment design is perfect, in particular the mixed metals and aluminium ceiling.
The aluminium ceiling is an unexpected design edge, whilst also providing a greater sense of space.
Awesome! It's a combined classic and modern style with amazing balcony area. 💯
A modern rejuvenation for the city apartment.
The real estate spiel narration completely spoiled this.
That’s what makes this platform so great, you can share your view. Like or not!! Stay tuned, team estliving.com
Just Wow 😮

No idea where this is but I’d live there - despite the cheesy narration!
We’re with you, such a great design by March Studio. Stay tuned, team estliving.com
😍😍😍
Personally I don't see why you'd want a bedroom with such expansive views, better suited to the living room.

Не хватает уюта
Loved the ultra pretentious narration.
A voice made for narration too! Stay tuned, team estliving.com

That land doesn't belong to you: -1.
Land doesn't belong to anyone. It's only temporarily occupied by those who wield the equivalent power, and privilege within a societal structure.
@@cyber.purgatory How cool is it to be Dutch: all our former colonies are ruled by their original inhabitants. Feels really good.
