      Ha sir kyunki kabhi yadi koi partner nahi raha to uske liye baith to nahi sakte hai na. Isliye akele me kya drill. Karenge wo v bataye

    Sir, I really need your one suggestion.. Im 16y girl.. I'm wicket keeper batswomen sir thumb k ligament tut gya h 2 month Ho gye koi improvement nhi Ho rha.. Kyi log keh rhe ligament k prblm hmesa bna rehta h or hm to keeper h pura use the hath ka hi hai... Koi guide krne wala hai nhi kuch smjh nhi a rha... Kya hme keeping chodh Deni chahiye

      Aap tention na lo, mai bhi wicket keeper tha, aap thumb movement kartey raho, rehab exercise jo doctor ne bataya tha o karo acchey se, ghar me bhai ya papa ka number ho to aap call kijey mai apney team ke physio se aap ki bat karwa dunga

      @@Cricscience ji sir ek drill hai. Wo catching ka hai. Jaise ham ek wall ke samne khare hoker (2 normal step gap) aur ek i10 ball ya soft ball se dewar par ankh band karke marte hai aur jaise hi ball ki awaj dewar me takrane ki ati hai suddenly ankh kholkar ball ko catch karte hai. To kya ye useful hai. Please bataye
