Extraordinary amount of work and expense for such a small pool.
I thought the same thing... then I read he is german, like ly normal there???
Das hab ich mir auch gedacht.
It might have to do with freezing temperatures or very cold geo thermal ground.. Could make the pool crack.
Tja, that's Germany! Built for eternity!!!!
My US pool was done in two days.
surely the most overbuilt hole in the ground anywhere
Yay… months of back breaking work for a kiddie pool!! Whoopeee!!
I don’t see a man tho, I see a crew building a swimming pool.
No wonder with only 2 BRAINCELLS
*A crew of professionals equipped with heavy machinery!
That looks like a " lifetime " pool ,it looks earthquake proof ,plus flood proof .wow !!!
All that for that little pool
Super Video Danke 19:23
The Swimming Pool Seems To Have Taken a Long Time To Build
No 19mins lol
Man I had a pool once and I have to say it’s a lot of maintenance. This guy is good he doesn’t have any trees in his yard
WOW!! It's unbelievable how fast these workers are. Under 20 minutes. Amazing!!!
😂😂
La complexité est incroyable. La qualité semble au top !
In Florida we dig a hole in the ground, erect heavy structural plastic walls and dry cement the floor and install a vinyl liner. My pool has lasted 24 years, though liner are replaced every 12 years. This work shown here is wonderful, but seems to be a bit overkill in my opinion.
It was all for the show
Yes. Seemed to repeat same steps over and over.😮
Fu ck americas engineering all botz look r Hauses xD
Your right. 👍🏼
This pool was built in Germany. They have to consider the weather in Europe...
Bless their hearts......
A lot put into building / making the pool......
❤
What a beautiful pool and back yard.
The negative comments make me laugh, because over 90% of these people don’t have your talent, or work as hard as you do.
I’m always in awe of people like you.
There are so many negative comments on this video and I don’t understand it. It was an extraordinary amount of work because they actually put in the effort to do a good job. I would be very happy with that pool and the surrounding ground work they did.
I agree, so many pricks.
Negative comments, because
the PRODUCT is awful
Haters gonna hate 🤷
I think what you didn’t realize was that this is the internet-everyone is anonymous, and I can say, you’re stupid, I’ll come over there and kick your ass right now! even though I’m a teenager who has never been in a fist fight in my life. These circumstances bring out the stupid, and the crazy in some unknown X% of the population. Don’t let it get you down, sir!
Many viewers still admire hard work and determination-we will continue to click, Like, on videos like this. May you meet many reasonable people IRL! (‘Cause you won’t find them in the RUclips comments!)
Regardless of how it turned out...most lack the energy or effort required to even attempt. And so they hate.
I’m a pool builder, I can build a one piece monolithic pool structure in less time and less work than this. All that work for a plastic or fiberglass shell?
I also noticed, despite all the poured concrete (base and upper ring), where there was rebar (forming materials, and all either in contact with the water or in wet areas, but there was no electrical bonding included anywhere. Did I miss it? Yikes...
I just love this project, especially the underground pool pump and the pool cover! Wish I had this in my own backyard!
Quality has his Price 👍
Respect good job❤
This was over the top...what a massive effort to build such a small pool.. Its construction I can assume allows the structure to not have to worry about lifting out as is the case with dug re-bar reinforced gunite pools. Was this build in Iceland or something like that?
I would guess Germany from the housing. I agree, it's a waste of time.
A lot of rules in GERMANY TO COMPLIED WITH CONSTRUCTION AND ENVIROMENTAL.
Compliance
I knew it was Europe. The houses. Very fun to watch. I learned a lot.
krautland, pretty sure
@@Spatzenterror Of course Deutsche Wertarbeit
Beautiful. Good work!
It's amazing how fast these guys work.
That was a beautiful showing of the making😊 Thank you
Awesome job the workmanship and eye for detail is 👌regardless yall think it’s small I would love this in my backyard 💯
A jet stream is not more than 2.000 euros.
That is an absolutely stunning piece of work and to be able to use it year round! I now understand why they are so expensive to install as this is an extremely labor intensive project. Outstanding work!
You definitely won't be using a swimming pool in Germany year round, LOL. Even with that cover, you'll probably have 4 months max. 2 months without the cover.
I’ve help build many swimming pools in my time, looking at them they did a terrific job. I like the way they back fill around the pool, they did a great job. Like Jess Haynes used to do back in the day at Triton Pools in Fort Myers, Fla. Keep up the good work fellas.
Im only half way through the video and its amazing how much goes into building a swimming pool. Labor of love. Great job you guys👍🏼
You're speaking of this tool specifically, which is way above normal.
Thank you 🙏 great 👍 design cover for the water 💧 and great 👍 working hard 😓 people 💪👏👏👏👍🎥
Beautiful to watch.
It's a rather small pool, but an enormous task for 1 - 2 people. 👏👏👏
Looks nice. However, it looks small.
The cover is a brilliant idea. Contaminants are costly and time consuming to remove and a cover like this, provided it prevents any rain getting in, is a must for any new builder.
Amei. Parabéns. Sensacional
Breaking ground to completion is 20 minutes. You're hired. Looks great.
This looks so good, what an amazing transformation, good job 👌
In France, pool installers often wait about a year before laying the terrace around the pool. Allowing the soil to settle during different seasons helps prevent issues like slab movement. This patient approach pays off in the long run, avoiding the need for later adjustments.
They compacted the soil they put back in
@@firstman9273 multiple times over with layering. Masterful and thorough job
Ttt tutto ok in bocca t se@@MoMoMyPup10
Proud when finished to say "that's my job, Sir!" ❤🎉
I live in denmark. Back in the 80s my family installed a circle shaped pool. They should have listened to you and waited a year before finishing the work - you have a point and the terrace has over the years turned into a "bumpy" terrace
Love the little Cat excavator. Congratulations on your marriage to that beautiful pool!
its amazing what you can do ..if you had the funds,,,good job
Even when its sped up that is a lot of work...
I LOVE this new direction you are going in!!! I LOVE these time-lapse videos of something beautiful being built!!! And I am SUPER HAPPY that you went from the very beginning to the very end of the project... (there were a few vids when you started these types that you didn't go all the way to the end and it was disappointing) I hope you continue to make videos like these, but I still would love to see the tool and machine and tech videos that you typically had. GREAT WORK!!!!
👍
Great job Germany.
*Impressive effort, but did you know you can opt for preformed fiberglass pools? They save you from all that labor and material cost.*
Limited life for that material.
@@achitophel5852 Limited = 25 years!
@achitophel5852 Who cares, the house won't last that long.
they better swim every day in it
Nice. Looks like the size is built within the constraints of what’s permitted totally worth it. It’s all about what you value and I definitely added value to the property.
and all that in just over 19 minutes..... amazing
What a load of faff for a pool marginally bigger than a hot tub, “ I did 100 lengths this morning” 😂😂😂
I LOVE this new direction you are going!!! And I'm SUPER HAPPY that you took the project from start to finish.. This looks amazing, what an amazing transformation, . Hope you continue to make videos like this about machines and technology that you usually have. great job 👌
Great video, the quality of this build is excellent and very thorough!!! This pool will last a very long time without any issues!! Cheers, John from Noosa Australia 🇦🇺
que trabalho incrível, parabéns.

what meticulous care and professional workmanship...First classs!!
Great build.
I love your innovative way of constructing a pool cover to keep all the debris out of the pool>
Noone cares
You care about the garden more than your lifelong partner!
bet that was expensive. This is the very first pool I have seen on youtube that didnt have a deep end. Id have my pool just like this one.
The pool builder I worked for in the 80's and 90's built about 3000 pools a year and most were 3-5-3 pools. 3 Ft at each end and 5 ft in the middle. Diving pools fell out of popularity after the 70's and people just wanted "play pools" with volleyball net, basketball hoop.
@@descendantoffools9767 3000 a year? Thats about 8 pools per day
@@patientmental875Yeah, I call cap on this guys bullshit.
@@patientmental875 Yep, we were one of the largest pool builders in the country for about 2 decades.
@@patientmental875 We had 7-8 plumbing contractors that worked for us. Summer months it was common for us to issue out a dozen plumbing orders per day.
I bet it costs lots of dollars and back breaking time to build for family. It must be true love for his family to go that far which is awesome 👏.
That was very nice. Wow! A lot of work but years of enjoyment to come!
That ain't no Sylvans Pool. The love you put into building that engineering marvel, you can't sell that house. Awesome job!!!
what's really bad about outdoor swimming pools is that we rarely use them over the course of a year!!
This one has a cover you can swim any time. I'm sure it's got a good heater.
If the video was 4 hours long, I would have still watched it, excellent workmanship, must have cost a fortune but well worth it, the video was so fast that I missed a lot of the details.
Respekt 👍
Super gemacht 👍❤️
Nice heel erg mooi
All that works for a tiny pool? Just order a fiberglass pool.
Cheap ass
Wow. Great job.
Amazing work for what he will enjoy for a lifetime
Wow what a lot of work , you know you can get preform fibreglass pools that don't need all that work and $$$ material
That is what I thought, so much work and expense for such a small pool.
Agreed, this in fact looks like a fiberglass pool (I had one installed myself this year) and for that a lot of the foundation and surrounding structure looks completely like wasted time/money. Plus all the water emptying/cleaning the builder does could have been easily done by a modern pool cleaning robot (which the pool owner should get anyway, they save a lot of time and energy)
Very nice, but pool installers here in France tend not to lay down the terrace/deck surrounding the pool for a year or so to give the disturbed earth time to settle. Doing it too early can result in the slabs moving and becoming uneven. Allowing a few seasons of dry and wet weather to pass could pay off in the long run and avoid having to lift and reset the slabs.
They compacted the soil they put back in.
belle job bravo
Excellent video. Massive amount of work for what is an enlarged bath tub and the built in steps take up more space.
Super Arbeit!

As a pool builder, I would consider this method one of the most un necessarilly complicated , and obviously expensive methods I have ever seen.....
Not very attractive at all.
That's coz you build the cheap stuff. That's quality work.
@@chrrev1exactly
@@chrrev1 How do you know what he builds ? Rather presumptuous.
Unnecessary and Expensive, but fast and efficient….hard to argue that one.
Fantastic work!! ⭐️⭐️
nice but to small , not worth it
Not Kid friendly but a superior job...
Fair point. That equipment “ain’t” cheap. I mean if you’re going have all that capital might as get your money’s worth.
A large jacuzzi
Exactly. Might as well just put in a large heart shaped hip from dumb n dumber
That's what girls say about my weiner.
As a contractor looks like a ton of work, look up precast fiberglass (think they are out of Joplin, MO). Laser cut pools @ $15,000, buying one next year.
Quality build throughout- looks sick
little advice for people who are thinking of building swimming pool in their backyard.
"DON'T."
there are tons of backyard swimming pools that are empty if you look at Satellite photos of Los Angeles and neighboring area.
people don't use their pools as much as they think they would.
Please let people do whatever they like.
I have a large above ground pool and use it a lot
Later the house is sold. New owners can't swim and have the pool filled in with earth and grass on top.
Why would anyone be stupid enough to buy a house with a swimming pool if they can't swim. Filling in the pool would devalue the house/property
Facts@@janetwatson7966
@@janetwatson7966not massively . certainly in the uk .
@@janetwatson7966 it happens more than you realize. Not everyone wants a pool or all the expensive upkeep. I know, bought a house with one, used it 2 times and was facing $18k in repairs so I put an ad for free landfill and never looked back.
Not to mention insurance cost goes up especially if you have kids, plus that pool is not that big or deep so unless your getting a pool that’s Atleast 15x20 or 20x25, it’s pointless to have a small pool, just get a jacuzzi. Looks good though
By the way i love this design
Very NICE! Well done🙌🙌
so much work and in the end just for 5m pool... uselesssssss. Should have been longer.

Tons of cement, wood, iron, and many other completely unnecessary and exaggerated things. A lot of work for something we do here in Brazil in three days, much simpler and fully functional for decades of use. What is the reason for so much exaggeration?
Here in australia we you fiberglass from start to finish 5 days it will last a life time
Thats because in American they make it to last a lifetime
There is no connection between the floor steel and if any wall steel.
Backfill better be excellent to hold.😅
