Hey Joshua-you'll be able to access your secret key by navigating to the Developers section of the Stripe dashboard and clicking on API Keys: support.stripe.com/questions/locate-api-keys-in-the-dashboard

you skip over creating a stripe environment - I replayed over and over dont see how to create environment template to add secret key

Go to StripeDev -> Collections -> Stripe API -> Environment (on the left pane) -> Stripe Environment Template -> Create a fork

Go to the StripeDev workspace in Postman, click on the "Environment" button in the sidebar, click the three dots on the environment itself and fork it. Hope it helps.
