I understand your condition but as prerna di always said focus on hair growth not on hairfall, so try onion oil or any other for which u r comfortable from channel and use that! Use that regularly, and take a gud diet and drink more and more water! For vitamin d3...aap dhup m baithiye subh ke ya shym ke it will increase your vitamin d3 faster!! Add some foods rick in vitamin d to your diet!! Thats what all I know hope it helps. And please don't taks stress!!

I have been using loreal no amonia hair colour from last 6 ,7 yrs can I switch to herbal hair colour coz i am facing severe hairfall now,i had a hormonal issue but its ok now,i have juar strted following your hair care dIY so looking forward have good results.i will surely come back and update here..i will be be doing my blood test so that i can cure myself from inside too but doing everything if i keep on applying chemicals like hair colour its never going to cure so just want to know how to switch from chemicals to this..please I request you to help me with this confusion prerna🙏🙏

Firstly don't stress about hairfall! I understand your condition but as prerna di always said focus on hair growth not on hairfall, so try onion oil or any other for which u r comfortable from channel and use that! Use that regularly, and take a gud diet and drink more and more water!
For vitamin d3...aap dhup m baithiye subh ke ya shym ke it will increase your vitamin d3 faster!! Add some foods rick in vitamin d to your diet!! Thats what all I know hope it helps. And please don't taks stress!!
