Apparently in other media, Shadow Garden all wear masks that cover their upper face. It looks better without them in the anime, but it definitely makes less sense that they cant see his face because of the shadows.

Released almost 3 months ago. Remember, this season, Winter anime season is almost over and most animes just have 1-2 episodes left. 2 weeks from now, Spring season will start with new set of animes. Each season is 3 months.

I've tried watching the Dub versions and just can't. The voice change from Cid to shadow in the sub version is gold.
